Dear TIFT Family,
Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, the TIFT executive board feels it is of great importance to reach out and check in with our extended TIFT family.
Our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
As your TIFT executive board, we realize so much has changed in a short period of time – the world around us, our neighborhoods, gathering spaces, the places we work and call home. Life in the midst of COVID-19 has sparked fear, frustration and anxiety all around.
It is easy for distractions, criticism and stress to creep in. However, the heart of TIFT has and will always be our fishing families. Please know you and yours are on our hearts and minds and in our prayers. We love you, we miss you, and we are looking forward to seeing you at the 81st TIFT.
If you are able to and feel so inclined, we would love to receive messages, pictures, and short videos of hope to share out via email and social media. Please send your inspiring messages to our incredible tournament director, Mrs. Kristi Collier at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you so much for your continued love and support. Together we will get through this.
